Questions about Raghved

How Raghved works in a clinic, for the doctor and for the patient.

Not for emergencies. In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department now.

What does Raghved do in my clinic?

It takes the history while your patients wait. Each patient answers on their own phone, and you get a one-page brief before they walk in: complaint, onset, history, current medicines, allergies and warning signs. The patient's own words sit beneath the brief, so you can check where any line came from.

Does the AI diagnose or prescribe?

No. Raghved AI asks the questions and writes a note for you, and it can get things wrong. Every diagnosis and every prescription is made by the clinic's doctor, who sees the patient in person.

How do patients start?

They scan your clinic's QR at the front desk with their own phone. There is nothing to download and nothing to fill in at the counter. They can reserve a token, check in when they arrive and see how many people are ahead of them.

Which languages does it work in?

Hindi and English. Patients can speak or type their answers, and mark where it hurts on a body map.

What if a patient is very unwell?

A warning sign is marked on the patient's row in your waiting room, with its reason; who comes in first is your call. Raghved is not for emergencies: patients are told to call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department.

What happens after I sign?

The prescription and your advice reach the patient's phone as soon as you sign, with a reminder for each medicine. For 7 days after the visit the patient can message you about it; those messages are not for anything urgent.

Who can read a patient's health data?

Only the patient and their assigned doctor. Access rules in the database enforce it.

How do I start using it in my clinic?

Doctor access is set up by the Raghved team. One QR at your front desk is enough; we set up your clinic with you.

Where does the patient find the prescription?

On their phone. The signed prescription stays there with a reminder for each medicine, and their next visit starts where this one ended.
